I can't say I don't miss you
Because thats something that I do
Then pain I feel deep inside
I can't just store away and hide

In my dreams my lifes rewound
Back to when you were around
Back to when youd wipe my tears
And protect me from my fears

I liked it so much better then
Back to when I didn't pretend
Back to when you'd hold me tight
And everything seemed to be alright

But then one day you went away
Without even a word to say
Not even one last kiss goodbye
I thought you weren't that type of guy

But I guess that I was wrong
Should have know it all along
I guess I'll learn from my mistakes
But for now my heart will ache.

This poem is about how I wish life could go back in time. Back to when life seemed perfect. But I know it can't happen. Please Comment.

Oooooo Very nice poem. It's a feminine side of a whole bunch of my friends poems! Very well written.
